GQ Travel has featured a September 2010 article 10 Reasons Why… L.A. Is the Coolest City on the Planet. Damn straight, GQ! 

Although, I would add a few others to the list, such as LACMA , Cole's and The Varnish, The Hollywood Bowl, and The Grove/ Farmers Market.
